How to enter!

To be in with a chance of winning our Lumina bundle you need to do TWO things:

  1. Follow Optimus Therapy Tech on Facebook

  2. Comment on our competition Facebook post and share a picture of your horse, dog or pet in their best Christmas outfit.

  3. The competition closes at 5pm on Friday 6th December. The winner will be selected at random and notified via DIrect Message (DM). If you do not respond promptly, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize to another entrant.

Terms and Conditions of Entry | November 2024

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except for any employees or family members of employees associated with Optimus Therapy Tech.

  • This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

  • When you enter this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The entry method is as follows:

  • Follow OptimusTherapyTech on Facebook.

  • Comment on the post and share your favourite photo of your horse, dog or pet in their best christmas outfit.

  • One entry per person.

  • Entries must be made from a public account so they can be verified.

  • Closing date for entry is Friday 6th December 2024 at at 17:00hrs. If you enter after this time your entry will not be counted.

Please note: No responsibility can be accepted for entries that we do not receive, however caused.

The prize is as follows:

  • An Optimus Lumina Phototherapy device complete with charging cable, worth £275 (RRP) PLUS a Lumina hand strap, cotton Optimus Therapy Tech bag, and branded insulated cup.

  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered unless the prize becomes unavailable for a reason outside our control, in which case we will replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

  • The prize is not transferable.

  • The winning entry will be selected at random from the entries made in compliance with the entry criteria and before the closing date of Friday 6th November at 5pm.

  • The winner will be notified by DM on the Facebook platform, within 3 days of the competition close date and we will ask for an address to send the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within ONE WEEK of notification we will withdraw the prize from that winner and judge a replacement winner.

  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, as well as their entry, in any publicity material which will be confirmed upon delivery of the prize. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  • The winner’s name and county will be available 28 days after closing date by Direct Message to the Optimus Therapy Tech Facebook Page.
